Phantom Blade Zero

Editions, pre-order bonuses and price

Facts checked 2026-10-28

Quick answer

The standard edition is $59.99. Deluxe adds two outfits, a digital artbook and the soundtrack. Pre-ordering adds the Treasure Basin accessory, which raises Remnant Dust drops by 10%, and the Legacy outfit.

Phantom Blade Zero costs $59.99 / £54.99 for the standard edition on PS5 and PC. The Deluxe edition is $10 / £10 more, and the difference is entirely cosmetic plus two digital extras. A physical PS5 release arrives in 2027.

If you are trying to decide in thirty seconds: buy standard unless you want the outfits or the soundtrack. Nothing in the Deluxe package touches combat, progression or trophies.

The two pre-order items are also obtainable through in-game progression, according to S-GAME. The Deluxe outfits are listed as Deluxe-exclusive, which is the only genuinely missable content in the package.

What the pre-order bonus actually does

Treasure Basin is an accessory that increases Remnant Dust drop rate by 10%. Remnant Dust is the currency behind weapon upgrades, so this is a small but real progression bonus rather than a costume.

Legacy is an outfit. It changes how Soul looks and nothing else.

If you are buying late and the pre-order window has closed, you are not locked out of the accessory: S-GAME states it can be earned in-game.

Physical release, 2027

S-GAME announced a boxed PS5 version for 2027 in three editions: Standard, Deluxe, and an Ultimate edition that includes a collectible steel case. Pricing has not been confirmed, and the digital launch on 29 October is unaffected.

One practical note: the PS5 install is about 134 GB, which is more than a single Blu-ray holds. The physical edition will either ship on two discs or require a download, and S-GAME has not said which.

Which platform should you buy on?

  • PS5 / PS5 Pro: DualSense haptics and adaptive triggers are used deliberately — the bowstring tension and cannon charge are the two the developers keep demonstrating. PS5 Pro is enhanced.
  • PC: ray tracing, DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation, and the option to tune for frame rate. Requires an SSD and about 145 GB.
  • Epic vs Steam: identical build. Buy where your library lives; there is no cross-save between platforms.

The performance page has the technical detail, and PC requirements has the four tiers.

FAQ

Is there a collector's edition at launch?

No. The Ultimate edition with the steel case is part of the 2027 physical run, not the October digital launch.

Do Deluxe outfits have stats?

No. They are appearance only, and the game's equipment system does not attach bonuses to outfits.

Can I upgrade Standard to Deluxe later?

Storefront upgrade paths vary by platform. On both PS5 and Steam the usual pattern is a separate Deluxe purchase rather than a paid difference, so check your store page before buying twice.

Does the soundtrack include the full score?

The Deluxe edition includes a digital soundtrack. S-GAME has not published a track count, so treat it as a sampler until the store listing says otherwise.
