The efficient route

Play on Wayfarer if you want. No trophy checks difficulty, and the combat still reads well.
Do Tales as you find them. Eleven trophies are quest-chain completions, and several are missable if a region's story moves on.
Temper as you go. Ten weapons and ten edges is not a grind if you Temper every new toy once.
Pick one blade and one edge for level 30. Materials are the bottleneck, not time.
Clear regions before leaving. Ten Memory Flowers and 30 accessories arrive naturally if you do; beelining the story leaves you farming at the end.

It is long rather than hard. No difficulty requirement, no speedrun, no missable difficulty trophy — just bosses, quests and collection.

Are any trophies missable?

Quest completions can be missed if you advance the story past a region. Boss trophies are not missable, since every named boss is part of the critical path or an optional area you can return to.
